How to make elderberry tea
Pick through dried elderberries and remove any unwanted debris (sticks).
Boil water (desired amount) until water is bubbling.
Add desired amount of elderberries to loose tea infuser.
Submerge loose tea infuser in boiled water.
Let seep for about 15-20 minutes
Pour into tea cup.
(Optional) You may add honey, agave nectar, or sugar to desired sweetness.
(Optional) Add a slice of lemon. Add 1-2 teaspoons of plain sea moss gel.
